Shipping Policy

At Ciclove, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 business days.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8).
  • Orders placed before the cutoff time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Methods

The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. While we aim to deliver within these windows, actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the shipping method selected.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders meeting specific promotional thresholds (e.g., orders over a certain amount), which will be clearly labeled at checkout.
  • You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's portal.

6. Taxes and Duties

  • For United States & Canada:
    Product prices displayed do not include Sales Tax. Tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
  • For United Kingdom & Australia:
    Product prices displayed include applicable VAT or GST in compliance with local tax laws.
  • Import Duties:
    International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Ciclove. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information if you are unsure.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe significantly, please contact our support team.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a refund or send a replacement free of charge.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ciclove is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
