At Ciclove, we want you to love your personalized fashion. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., items with your name or custom image), unless there is a quality issue or printing error.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Gift cards.
3. Return Shipping Costs (Important)

Defective or Wrong Items (Our Fault):
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item/customization, Ciclove will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping receipt. -
Change of Mind (Customer's Choice):
If you are returning a standard item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered, don't like the color), you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at Sales@Ciclove.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return instructions. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first).
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to our facility using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, Google Pay, PayPal) within 7 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns of eligible items.
8. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the package has been shipped.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase: Full Refund.
- After 24 hours (when production begins): A 30% material & labor fee will be deducted from the refund, as we have already started making your unique item.
- After Shipping: We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. You must wait to receive the package and then initiate the return process.
